Marcelo Cordeiro de Souza (born 4 December 1981), known as Marcelo Cordeiro or simply Cordeiro, is a Brazilian football manager and former player who played as a left back. He is the current manager of São Bento. Club career Born in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Cordeiro graduated with Vasco da Gama's youth setup, but left in the following year after the club's financial troubles. Reinaldo Maria Cordeiro (; 12 December 1924 – 13 January 2023), known professionally as Uncle Ray, was a Hong Kong broadcaster, disc jockey and actor at RTHK Radio 3. He was named "The World's Most Durable DJ" in 2000 by the Guinness Book of World Records. He was of Portuguese descent. Joseph Marie Anthony Cordeiro (19 January 1918 – 11 February 1994) was the first Pakistani cardinal. Early life Cordeiro was born to a Goan family. Leonardo Santos Cordeiro (born 8 November 1989 in São José dos Campos) is a Brazilian racing driver. Career Karting Cordeiro made his karting debut in 2003, at the age of 13. Jorge Manuel Pinto Cordeiro (born 2 September 1978) is professional football coach and former player. He played as a midfielder, predominantly in Portugal's lower leagues. Edson Cordeiro (born February 9, 1967) is a Brazilian sopranist countertenor and pop and jazz singer. Life and career Cordeiro was born in Santo André, São Paulo, Brazil. He began singing at 6 years old when he joined a church choir called "Cordeirinhos do Senhor". He became famous as a street singer. He had his first TV performance with his own version of the aria of the " Queen of the Night" ( W. A. Mozart). In 1996, he won the Prêmio Sharp for the best Brazilian pop singer. Lorna Cordeiro, (born 9 August 1944) also known as Lorna, is a Konkani singer from the coastal state of Goa, India, and is popularly known as the "Nightingale of Goa".
