Conklin is an unincorporated community in western Webster County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. Conklin is located on Missouri Route 38, approximately six miles northwest of Marshfield. Webster County is a county located in the U.S. state of Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 36,202. Its county seat is Marshfield.
