Coxsackie ( ) is a town in Greene County, New York, United States. The population in the 2020 census was 8,382, a decrease from the 2010 census. Coxsackie is a village in Greene County, New York, United States. The population was 2,813 at the 2010 census. The village name comes from the native word ''mak-kachs-hack-ing''.
