Frank Jahmier Childress (born July 6, 1998), known professionally as Comethazine, is an American rapper and songwriter. He is best known for his platinum-selling single "Walk", which peaked at number 20 on the ''Billboard'' Bubbling Under Hot 100 chart and " Bands". Both songs were included on his debut mixtape, ''Bawskee'' (2018). ''Bawskee'' was followed up by four sequels; ''Bawskee 2'', Bawskee 3.5, ''Bawskee 4'', and ''Bawskee 5''. His debut album, ''Pandemic'', was released in early 2020 to mainly positive critical reception. In 2019, he was an ''XXL'' Freshman and performed his cypher alongside rappers Roddy Ricch and Tierra Whack. His latest album '' Bawskee 5'' was released in November 2022. "Walk" is a song by American rapper Comethazine. It is the fourth single from his debut mixtape ''Bawskee'' (2018), and is considered his breakout hit. On March 18, 2019, a remix of the song featuring American rapper ASAP Rocky was released. Music video A music video for the song was directed by Cole Bennett and released on September 22, 2018. In it, Comethazine plays the role of a husband and father in a family. Remix The official remix of the song features American rapper ASAP Rocky and was released on March 18, 2019. "Bands" is a song by American rapper Comethazine. It was first released in January 2018 through the streaming platform SoundCloud, before being released again in March of that year. The song is the second single from his debut mixtape ''Bawskee'' (2018), and is one of the songs that propelled him to fame. It was certified gold by RIAA. Background In January 2018, the song was uploaded on SoundCloud via an account called "sound_clout_xxx", which previously hosted rapper YBN Nahmir's viral song "Bounce Out with That" on the platform. The aforementioned track's audio file had been replaced with that of "Bands". As a result, "Bands" quickly reached No. 1 on the SoundCloud Charts.
