Colômbia
Colômbia is a municipality in the northern part of the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population is 6,216 (2020 est.) in an area of 728.65 km². The elevation is 492 m. The bounding municipalities are Barretos to the south and Guaíra to the east. To the north, on the other side of the Rio Grande, is the state of Minas Gerais and the municipality of Planura. Religion Christianity is present in the city as follows: Catholic Church The Catholic church in the municipality is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Barretos. Protestant Church The most diverse evangelical beliefs are present in the city, mainly Pentecostal, including the Assemblies of God in Brazil (the largest evangelical church in the country), Christian Congregation in Brazil, among others. Planura
Planura is a municipality in the west of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. As of 2020 the population was 12,292 in a total area of 318 km2. It became a municipality in 1962. Geography Planura belongs to the statistical micro-region of Frutal. It is located in the center of the rich region of western Minas Gerais known as the Triângulo Mineiro at an elevation of 492 meters. The Rio Grande, dammed to form the Represa de Porto Colômbia, forms the southern boundary. Guaíra is a municipality in São Paulo state in Brazil. The population is 41,040 (2020 est.) in an area of 1258 km2. Barretos is a municipality in the northern part of the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The city has approximately 122,833 inhabitants (IBGE/2020) and an area of 1566.1 km2.
