The Clayton County Library System (CCLS) is a public library system consisting of six branches in the north central portion of Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia, south of Atlanta, Georgia, Atlanta. Its six branches serve 65% of the county population, making it one of the highest attended library systems in Georgia per capita. CCLS participates in Public Information Network for Electronic Services, PINES, a public library network of 281 libraries in 140 counties throughout Georgia. Any resident of Georgia may receive a PINES library card which allows them access to any of the 8 million books in its collection across the state. Morrow, Georgia
Morrow is a city in Clayton County, Georgia, United States. It is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area. Its population was 6,445 at the 2010 census, up from 4,882 in 2000. It is the home of Clayton State University. History The community was named after Radford E. Morrow, the original owner of the town site. Morrow was founded in 1846 with the advent of the railroad into the area. It was incorporated as a city in 1943. Geography Morrow is located north of the center of Clayton County at (33.578477, -84.340117). It is bordered to the north by Lake City and to the northwest by Forest Park. Henry County Library System
The Henry County Library System (HCLS) is a public library system consisting of five branches in Henry County, Georgia. The five branches are located in the towns of Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, and McDonough. HCLS is a member of PINES, a program of the Georgia Public Library Service that covers 53 library systems in 143 counties of Georgia. Any resident in a PINES supported library system has access to over 10.6 million books in the system's circulation. The library is also serviced by GALILEO, a program of the University System of Georgia which stands for "GeorgiA LIbrary LEarning Online". The Flint River Regional Library System (FRRLS) is a collection of nine public library, public libraries in the Atlanta metropolitan area of Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia. DeKalb County Public Library
The DeKalb County Public Library (DCPL) is the public library system of DeKalb County, Georgia in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The library system headquarters are at the Darro C. Willey Administrative Offices in Decatur, Georgia, Decatur. Its collection includes over 850,000 books and over 19,000 downloadable e-books; collections of over 400 magazines, academic journal, academic and scientific journals, and newspapers; and audiovisual materials including videotapes, audiobooks, Compact Disc, CDs, and DVDs. Griffin, Georgia
Griffin is a city in and the county seat of Spalding County, Georgia. It is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 23,478. Griffin was founded in 1840 and named for landowner Col. Lewis Lawrence Griffin.
