Clarissa Stadler
Clarissa Stadler (born 1966) is an Austrian journalist, moderator and writer. Life and career Clarissa Stadler was born in 1966 in Vienna, Austria and grew up in Austria, Germany and Belgium and studied commercial science. From 1990 she wrote texts and articles for Der Standard and the weekly newspaper Falter as well as for other domestic and foreign media. She began her career at ORF (broadcaster), ORF in the Salzburg regional studio and later worked in the editorial department of the Hitradio Ö3, Ö3 radio show ''Die Musicbox''. She then did a television internship at the Franco-German cultural broadcaster Arte. Stadler has worked for the ORF television culture department since March 1997, including as a culture presenter for ''Zeit im Bild'' from March 1999 to April 2007 and in 2003 as the presenter of the cultural program ''karls.platz''. ''Zeit im Bild (ZiB)'' is the name for the television news broadcasts of ORF, running since December 1955. History The first ''Zeit im Bild'' was broadcast on December 5, 1955; two editions were broadcast that day, at 5pm and 7:30pm. The format of the bulletins was based on those at the time of the BBC, in which an in-vision presenter read out the day's news. The title ''Zeit im Bild'' (roughly, ''The Time in the Picture'') was thought up by the TV journalist and later ORF Director General Teddy Podgorski. From February 3, 1975, the news broadcast on ORF's first TV channel (FS 1) was renamed to ''Zeit im Bild 1'' at 7.30 pm and was supplemented by ''Zeit im Bild 2'' on the second channel (FS 2). In logic and computer science, the Boolean satisfiability problem (sometimes called propositional satisfiability problem and abbreviated SATISFIABILITY, SAT or B-SAT) is the problem of determining if there exists an interpretation that satisfies a given Boolean formula. Ingeborg Bachmann Prize
The Festival of German-Language Literature (german: Tage der deutschsprachigen Literatur, links=no) is a literary event which takes place annually in Klagenfurt, Austria. During this major literary festival which lasts for several days a number of awards are given, the major one being the Ingeborg Bachmann Prize, first awarded in 1977 and one of the most important awards for literature in the German language. History In the mid seventies, the journalist and writer Humbert Fink and the chairman of the Austrian Radio and TV (ORF) studio in Carinthia at that time, Ernst Willner, decided to establish a literary competition based on an event held by Gruppe 47. They were able to enlist Marcel Reich-Ranicki amongst others onto the original jury.
