Clara Döhring
Clara Döhring (13 March 1899 – 7 June 1987) was a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) and former member of the German Bundestag. Life Clara Döhring had been a member of the SPD since 1917. After the Second World War, she was involved in rebuilding social democracy in Wuerttemberg. Döhring was a member of the German Bundestag from 1949 to 1965. The Bundestag (, "Federal Diet") is the German federal parliament. It is the only federal representative body that is directly elected by the German people. It is comparable to the United States House of Representatives or the House of Commons of the United Kingdom. The Bundestag was established by Title III of the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany (, ) in 1949 as one of the legislative bodies of Germany and thus it is the historical successor to the earlier Reichstag. Saalfeld
Saalfeld (german: Saalfeld/Saale) is a town in Germany, capital of the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district of Thuringia. It is best known internationally as the ancestral seat of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Saxe-Coburg and Gotha branch of the Saxon House of Wettin.
