Clancy Rudeforth
Clancy Alexander Rudeforth (born 1 February 1983) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Claremont Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL), captaining the side from 2009 to 2011. He was previously rookie-listed at the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL), but did not play a senior game for them. Rudeforth currently works as a solicitor at a Perth-based commercial law firm. Football career Born in Kellerberrin, Rudeforth moved to Kununurra with his family at the age of three months. His father was a country doctor, and Rudeforth also lived in Carnarvon and Corrigin before he moved to Perth to attend Hale School. Kellerberrin, Western Australia
Kellerberrin is a town in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, east of Perth on the Great Eastern Highway. The town serves as a stop on the '' Prospector'' and ''MerredinLink'' rural train services. It is also located on the Golden Pipeline Heritage Trail. History Early settlers from 1890 to 1910 from Ireland settled in the area of Kellerberrin and Wittem. Their family name was English. A road was named after this family. The railway line from Northam to Southern Cross was constructed through here in 1893–94, and this section opened for traffic in 1895. The Leagues Championship Cup, officially branded under the sponsor's name as the Foxtel Cup, was an annual Australian rules football club knockout cup competition involving clubs from the various state league competitions from around Australia. Luke Pratt
Luke Pratt (born 8 October 1989) is an Australian rules footballer. He plays as a running defender and was selected by AFL club Fremantle with their second selection (22nd overall) in the 2007 AFL Rookie draft. Pratt played for Swan Districts in the West Australian Football League between 2008 and 2010 after being a member of their 2007 Colts Premiership winning team. In May 2009 Pratt was elevated to the senior list when Rhys Palmer was moved to the long-term injury list. Best And Fairest
In Australian sport, the best and fairest award recognises the player(s) adjudged to have had the best performance in a game or over a season for a given sporting club or competition. The awards are sometimes dependent on not receiving a suspension for misconduct or breaching the rules during that season. In the Australian Football League (AFL), the Brownlow Medal is awarded to the player who, provided he has not been suspended during the season, receives the most votes from the umpires for being the Fairest and Best player in games during the home and away season. In each game, the umpires award three votes to the player they judge to be the best afield in that game, two votes to the second-best player and one vote to the third-best player.
