Citizens, formerly known as Citizens & Saints, are an American Christian rock band from Seattle, Washington. Background Citizens & Saints were formerly based at Mars Hill Church, which was one of their record labels. Zach Bolen leads the band. Bolen resigned from Mars Hill in 2014, where he served as elder and worship leader. Their album, ''Citizens,'' has seen critical and commercial success since its 2013 release. After changing their name, the band released their second studio album, '' Join the Triumph'', in November 2014. This album incorporated more electronic sounds and synthesizers can be heard on several of the tracks. The album is still in keeping with their fundamental indie/alternative rock sound. Two Door Cinema Club are a band from Bangor, County Down, Bangor, Northern Ireland. Top Christian Albums is a weekly chart published in ''Billboard'' magazine that ranks the best-performing Christian albums in the United States. Like the ''Billboard'' 200, the data is compiled by Nielsen Soundscan based on each album's weekly physical and digital sales, as well as on-demand streaming and digital sales of its individual tracks. The chart was introduced on the magazine issue dated March 29, 1980, under the title "Best Selling Inspirational LPs". I Surrender All
"I Surrender All" is a Christian hymn, with words written by American art teacher and musician Judson W. Van DeVenter (1855–1939), who subsequently became a music minister and evangelist. It was put to music by Winfield S. Weeden (1847–1908), and published in 1896. Van DeVenter said of the inspiration for the text: Van DeVenter and inception of the hymn Judson Van DeVenter was born on a farm in Michigan in 1855. Following graduation from Hillsdale College, he became an art teacher and supervisor of art in the public schools of Sharon, Pennsylvania. He was, in addition, an accomplished musician, singer, and composer. Van DeVenter was also an active layman in his Methodist Episcopal Church, involved in the church's evangelistic meetings.
