Circle Social Chart
The Circle Social Chart (), formerly the Gaon Social Chart (), part of Circle Chart, is a weekly chart that ranks the top 50 most-popular South Korean musical artists according to data collected from the digital platforms YouTube, TikTok, Mubeat, and MyCelebs. Launched in July 2013 by the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA), the chart originally ranked the top 100 South Korean songs according to their worldwide popularity on social networking sites. From July 15, 2013 to June 22, 2014, data was taken from YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Me2day. After Me2day closed, data was taken from YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. In July 2014, in conjunction with the launch of the Gaon Weibo Chart—a joint venture between Gaon and Sina—Facebook was replaced by Weibo. YinYueTai was added to the chart's metrics in February 2016, effective the week eight issue. Weibo was removed in July 2017 after its data partnership with Gaon ended. BTS (), also known as the Bangtan Boys, is a South Korean boy band formed in 2010 and debuting in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment. The septet—consisting of members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—co-writes and co-produces the majority of their material. Originally a hip hop group, their musical style has evolved to incorporate a wide range of genres, while their lyricism has focused on subjects including mental health, the troubles of school-age youth and coming of age, loss, the journey towards self-love, individualism, and the consequences of fame and recognition. TT (song)
"TT" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Twice. The song was released by JYP Entertainment on October 24, 2016, as the lead single from their third extended play '' Twicecoaster: Lane 1''. It was written and composed by Sam Lewis and Black Eyed Pilseung respectively. The title "TT" refers to an emoticon used to express crying or sadness. The Japanese version of "TT" was released as the lead single from the group's first Japanese compilation album, '' #Twice''. Its accompanying music video was released on June 21, 2017. Background and release On October 10, 2016, JYP Entertainment announced Twice's comeback with the title track "TT" from their third EP ''Twicecoaster: Lane 1''. Infinite ( ko, 인피니트; stylized as INFINITE) is a South Korean boy band formed in 2010 by Woollim Entertainment. The group is composed of six members: Sungkyu, Dongwoo, Woohyun, Sungyeol, L and Sungjong. Originally a seven-piece group, Hoya departed from the group on August 30, 2017. Infinite debuted in June 2010 with their EP ''First Invasion''. In 2012, the single "The Chaser" was named ''Billboard''s third best K-pop song of the 2010s decade and was included in ''Rolling Stone''s list of 75 Greatest Boy Band Songs of All Time in 2020.
