Cilo Dağı
Cilo Dağı (; ) is the third highest mountain in Turkey. It is high and lies in the Hakkâri Dağları chain, located in the eastern Taurus, in the district of Yüksekova of the Hakkâri Province. Description Cilo Dağı is part of Cilo mountain range, which is long. The Uludoruk (), located in the immediate vicinity ({{convert, 4, km, mile, abbr=on away), is the second highest mountain in Turkey. In 1984, the area was closed to civilians. It was not until 2002 that a team of mountaineers was authorized to climb again the Cilo mountains. Hakkâri Province
Hakkâri Province (, tr, Hakkâri ili, ku, Parêzgeha Colemêrgê), is a province in the southeast of Turkey. The administrative centre is the city of Hakkâri. The province covers an area of 7,121 km² and had a population of 286,470 in 2018. The province was created in 1936 out of Van Province and borders Şırnak Province to the west, Van Province to the north, Iran to the east, and Iraq to the south. The current Governor is İdris Akbıyık. The province is a stronghold for Kurdish nationalism and a hotspot in the Kurdish–Turkish conflict. The Taurus Mountains ( Turkish: ''Toros Dağları'' or ''Toroslar'') are a mountain complex in southern Turkey, separating the Mediterranean coastal region from the central Anatolian Plateau. The system extends along a curve from Lake Eğirdir in the west to the upper reaches of the Euphrates and Tigris rivers in the east. It is a part of the Alpide belt in Eurasia. Uludoruk Glacier
Uludoruk Glacier is a glacier on Mount Uludoruk, one of the Taurus Mountains and the second highest mountain in Turkey. Noah, also known as Nuh ( ar, نُوْحٌ, Nūḥ), is recognized in Islam as a prophet and messenger of God. He is one of the Ulu'l azm prophets. Noah's mission was to warn his people, who were plunged in depravity and sin. God charged Noah with the duty of preaching to his people, advising them to abandon idolatry and to worship only God and to live good and pure lives. Although he preached the Message of God with zeal, his people refused to mend their ways, leading to building the Ark and the Deluge, the Great Flood.
