Cilly Dartell
Priscilla Maria Regina Veltmeijer (27 October 1957 – 6 December 2023), known professionally as Cilly Dartell, was a Dutch radio and television presenter and actress. She is best known for presenting the program ''Hart van Nederland'', which she presented from 1996 to 2012, as well as the program ''Shownieuws''. Career Dartell performed in theater from 1974 to 1990, first with various cabaret groups and theater companies such as Cabaret Nar. She later switched to musicals. For example, she played a leading role in the Annie M.G. Schmidt musical ''De dader heeft het gedaan'' (The perpetrator did it), and she appeared in the musical Grease. Dartell also recorded numerous commercials, cartoons and documentaries. In 1990, she switched to journalism, but in 1992 she played a guest role in the VARA police series ''Bureau Kruislaan''. Kortenhoef
Kortenhoef is a village in North Holland, Netherlands with a population of about 6,780. It is an important part of the municipality of Wijdemeren, and lies about 5 km northwest of Hilversum. Kortenhoef was a separate municipality until 1966, when it was merged with 's-Graveland retaining the latter name; it merged with Loosdrecht and Nederhorst den Berg to form the new municipality of Wijdemeren in 2002. The village was first mentioned in 1235 as Curtenhoven, and means "short piece of land". It refers to the narrow plots of the peat excavation area. SBS6 is a Dutch free-to-cable commercial TV channel and is a part of Talpa TV, formerly known as SBS Broadcasting B.V. and now owned by Talpa Network. Other channels of the group in the Netherlands are Net5, Veronica, and SBS9. History SBS stands for Scandinavian Broadcasting System. When the SBS Broadcasting Group started expanding outside of Scandinavia in 1995, one of the first countries where they set up a channel was the Netherlands with SBS6. AVRO, short for Algemene Vereniging Radio Omroep ("General Association of Radio Broadcasting"), was a Dutch public broadcasting association operating within the framework of the Nederlandse Publieke Omroep system.
