Cian Mulligan
Cian Mulligan ( , ; born 4 March 1996) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Gaoth Dobhair and the Donegal county team. He scored two goals in the 2018 Ulster Senior Football Championship, a competition which his county team won. He also scored a goal in the 2018 Ulster Senior Club Football Championship, a competition which his club won. Playing career Club Mulligan won a Donegal Senior Football Championship medal with his club in 2018, scoring three points in the final. He then played during Gaoth Dobhair's first ever Ulster Senior Club Football Championship-winning campaign later in 2018, a run which involved a quarter final defeat of Cargin (a game in which Mulligan scored a goal and a point), a semi-final defeat of eleven-time winners Crossmaglen Rangers (a game in which Mulligan scored a point), and culminated in the club defeating Scotstown (who had won the competition on four previous occasions), the last two of these games occurring at Healy Park in Omagh. ... CLG Ghaoth Dobhair
CLG Ghaoth Dobhair is a Gaelic Athletic Association, GAA club based in the parish of Gaoth Dobhair (anglicize to Gweedore) in northwest County Donegal, Republic of Ireland. They are one of the strongholds of Gaelic football in County Donegal. Their home ground is at Machaire Gathlán, and they are the most successful club in both the Donegal Senior Football Championship and Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta. 2019 Donegal County Football Team Season
The following is a summary of Donegal county football team's 2019 season. Two players started all 18 matches in 2019: these were Jamie Brennan and Hugh McFadden. Niall O'Donnell played each match too, though only as a substitute in the championship meeting with Fermanagh. Paul Brennan only missed one of the eighteen games, though he began just five of these. Jason McGee played in all matches except for the 2019 National Football League fixture with Cork, which he missed due to suspension. Declan Bonner
Declan Bonner (born 11 August 1965) is an Irish Gaelic footballer and manager. He played at senior level for the Donegal county team, winning an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship in 1992. He later managed the Donegal county team for two spells between 1997 and 2000 and 2017 and 2022, winning two Ulster Senior Football Championships during the latter, while playing as goalkeeper for Na Rossa. Bonner's first spell as manager of the county team, from 1997 until 2000, saw him denied an Ulster Senior Football Championship by a last-minute Joe Brolly goal in the 1998 final. Rory Gallagher (born 22 August 1978) is a Gaelic football manager and former player. Gallagher played for the Fermanagh and Cavan county teams, as well as several club teams, including his home club Erne Gaels, as well as Dublin side St Brigid's and Antrim's St Gall's. He was a selector for the Donegal county team during their 2012 Championship success, acting as number two to Jim McGuinness.
