Early life and education Wei Sun Christianson was born on 21 August 1956 to a People's Liberation Army officer father and doctor mother as part of the Frontier Generation from China's Cultural Revolution. She grew up in Beijing as the youngest of four daughters. She took the Gao Kao in 1978 and was accepted by the Beijing Language and Culture University, with the intention of learning English and working as a translator for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Theodore Christianson (September 12, 1883December 9, 1948) was an American politician who served as the 21st Governor of Minnesota from January 6, 1925, until January 6, 1931. Early life and education Christianson was born in Lac qui Parle Township, Minnesota. He was of Norwegian descent. He attended Dawson High School. Christianson graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1906 and the University of Minnesota Law School in 1909. He was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 1909. Career Before entering politics, Christianson had pursued dual careers in western Minnesota, where he both practiced law and was editor and publisher of the ''Dawson Sentinel'' for fifteen years. Donna Jean Christianson (née Andrae; October 17, 1931 – May 11, 2015) was an American politician, farmer and homemaker. Born in Pekin, Illinois to Wilbert and Viola (née Strope) Andrae, she was a potato farmer, billing agent, and homemaker in Halstad, Minnesota. She married Marvin Christianson in February 1950. Her husband Marvin served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1967 until his death in 1969 from cancer. Christianson was elected in a special election succeeding her husband in the Minnesota House of Representatives. Christianson was a Democrat. John Christianson
John Aaron Christianson (November 23, 1923 – December 15, 2010) was a politician and educator in Manitoba. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba as a Progressive Conservative from 1959 to 1962 and was a cabinet minister in the government of Dufferin Roblin. Christianson was born in Langruth, Manitoba, Canada. He was educated at the University of Manitoba, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked as an automobile and implement agent, and was the president of Christianson Ltd. and Koko Platz Development Ltd. From 1942 to 1945, he served as a pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Masanori Mark Christianson (born Masanori Hakuta Shirota, January 18, 1976 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese-Korean-American musician, creative director, and visual artist. He may be best known as a bass guitarist and multi-instrumentalist for the Oakland, California indie rock bands Rogue Wave, The Heavenly States, and Release The Sunbird. Masanori, also an award winning advertising art director, designer, and copywriter, has worked for clients ranging from the Target Corporation to the Tiger Woods Foundation. The Dakota Zoo is a zoo in Bismarck, North Dakota located on the banks of the Missouri River. It is the third zoo built in North Dakota. The Dakota Zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). History The Dakota Zoo began on a farm owned by Marc and Betty Christianson on the northern edge of Bismarck. At first, the farm boarded domestic animals such as dogs, cats, and horses. At one point, the farm was used to raise mink for profit.
