Choice
A choice is the range of different things from which a being can choose. The arrival at a choice may incorporate motivators and models. For example, a traveler might choose a route for a journey based on the preference of arriving at a given destination at a specified time. The preferred (and therefore chosen) route can then account for information such as the length of each of the possible routes, the amount of fuel in the vehicle, traffic conditions, etc. Simple choices might include what to eat for dinner or what to wear on a Saturday morning – choices that have relatively low-impact on the chooser's life overall. More complex choices might involve (for example) what candidate to vote for in an election, what profession to pursue, a life partner, etc. – choices based on multiple influences and having larger ramifications. In mathematics, a combination is a selection of items from a set that has distinct members, such that the order of selection does not matter (unlike permutations). Morra (game)
Morra is a hand game that dates back thousands of years to ancient Roman and Greek times. Each player simultaneously reveals their hand, extending any number of fingers, and calls out a number. Any player who successfully guesses the total number of fingers revealed by all players combined scores a point. Morra can be played to decide issues, much as two people might toss a coin, or for entertainment. Rules While there are many variations of morra, most forms can be played with a minimum of two players. In the most popular version, all players throw out a single hand, each showing zero to five fingers, and call out their guess at what the sum of all fingers shown will be. If one player guesses the sum, that player earns one point. The first player to reach three points wins the game. ''Choose'' is a crime horror film directed by Marcus Graves. The film premiered at the Halloween All-Nighter FrightFest film festival on 30 October 2011. Filming took place in New York City. Plot Fiona Wagner is studying for a master's degree in Journalism and still grieves for her mother Samantha who committed suicide 3 years ago. Her father, Detective Tom Wagner, is investigating the brutal death of lawyer Elliot Vincent, by the hands of his teenage daughter. His daughter was forced to choose between killing him or having her mother, younger brother and herself killed by a sadistic criminal who broke into their home. When pianist Simon Campbell is forced to choose between losing his fingers or his hearing, Tom realizes a deranged serial-killer is out on a rampage. ''Stone Sour'' is the debut studio album by American rock band Stone Sour. It was recorded and produced by the band and Tom Tatman at Catamount Studios in Cedar Falls, Iowa, and was released on August 27, 2002, through Roadrunner Records. Writing for the album began in 2000 while vocalist Corey Taylor and guitarist Jim Root were still actively involved in their other band, Slipknot. Work began on the album after Slipknot had gone on hiatus following touring in support of their second album ''Iowa''. Following the release of the album, Stone Sour went on to promote it for almost a year; releasing three singles and touring in several regions, including the United States and several countries in Europe. The United Kingdom held a national selection to choose the song that would go to the Eurovision Song Contest 1964. It was held on 7 February 1964 and presented by David Jacobs. Matt Monro was chosen to sing the entry and juries made up of members of the public in sixteen UK cities selected ''I Love the Little Things'' for him to sing at the Eurovision final, where it placed 2nd in the contest. Monro released all six songs from the UK final on an Extended Play maxi single ''A Song for Europe'', which reached number 16 in the EP top 20 chart. He subsequently released the winning song on single, with the runner up on the B-Side, but this single failed to reach the official UK Singles Chart.
