Chokhatauri Municipality
Chokhatauri ( ka, ჩოხატაურის მუნიციპალიტეტი) is a district of Georgia, in the region of Guria. Its largest city and administrative centre is Chokhatauri. Population The population of the municipality is 19 001 people (2014); Density - 23.03 people / sq. km. Georgians live there. The majority of the population is Gurians, as well as Adjarans. A large part of the population is Orthodox Christian, a certain part - Muslim. There are 62 settlements in the municipality: 1 small town and 61 villages. Nabeglavi (also Nabeghlavi) ( ka, ნაბეღლავი) is a mineral water from Georgia. Georgian-Swiss joint stock company “Healthy Water” produces famous mineral water “Nabeghlavi” and spring water “Bakhmaro.” The company was founded in 1997 and by now is a leader of the local mineral water market. The new-found company's prime goal was to restore long time tradition of bottling Nabeghlavi mineral water and it was successfully gained. Thus, the story of establishing “Healthy Water” company leads back to the history of water Nabeghlavi. The People's Party ( ka, ხალხის პარტია) is a political alliance in Georgia. It was founded on March 12, 2006 based on an initiative group. Party Direction: Leftist Centers. The members of the initiative group were Asmat Muradashvili, Giorgi Odzeli, Kakhaber Firuashvili, David Kvachadze, Jumber Tavartkiladze, Roin Khizjakadze and Akaki Panchulidze. The initiative group held a party congress on June 9, 2007, and the congress elected the Supreme Council of the Political Council.
