Chkalovske settlement territorial hromada ( uk, Чкаловська се́лищна територіа́льна грома́да, translit=Chkalovska selyshchna terytorialna hromada) is a hromada (territorial community) in Ukraine, in Chuhuiv Raion of Kharkiv Oblast. The administrative center is the urban-type settlement of Chkalovske. Raion
A raion (also spelt rayon) is a type of administrative unit of several post-Soviet states. The term is used for both a type of subnational entity and a division of a city. The word is from the French (meaning 'honeycomb, department'), and is commonly translated as "district" in English. A raion is a standardized administrative entity across most of the former Soviet Union and is usually a subdivision two steps below the national level, such as a subdivision of an oblast. However, in smaller USSR republics, it could be the primary level of administrative division. Chuhuiv Raion
Chuhuiv Raion () is a ''raion'' (district) in Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine. Its administrative center is the city of Chuhuiv. The population in 2021 was On 18 July 2020, as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, the number of raions of Kharkiv Oblast was reduced to seven, and the area of Chuhuiv Raion was significantly expanded. A hromada ( uk, територіальна громада, lit=territorial community, translit=terytorialna hromada) is a basic unit of administrative division in Ukraine, similar to a municipality. It was established by the Government of Ukraine on 12 June 2020. Similar terms exist in Poland (''gromada'') and in Belarus (''hramada''). Chkalovske
Chkalovske ( uk, Чкаловське, russian: Чкаловское) is an urban-type settlement in Chuhuiv Raion of Kharkiv Oblast in Ukraine. Amalgamated Hromada
An amalgamated hromada or amalgamated territorial community ( uk, об'єднана територіальна громада, translit=obiednana terytorialna hromada), also known as a united territorial community, was a special unit of administrative division in Ukraine from 2015 to 2020. First created in 2015, amalgamated hromadas were formed through the voluntary merger of preexisting hromadas, a form of third-level administrative unit including cities, villages, urban-type settlements, and rural settlements, to form a new enlarged administrative unit. Siverskyi Donets
The Seversky Donets () or Siverskyi Donets (), usually simply called the Donets, is a river on the south of the East European Plain. Chuhuyiv
Chuhuiv ( uk, Чугуїв) or Chuguev (russian: Чугуев) is a city in Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine. The city is the administrative center of Chuhuiv Raion (district). It hosts the administration of Chuhuiv urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Chuhuiv's food industry focuses on producing mayonnaise along with other staple supporting condiments. History The City's founding date is disputed with historical assertions ranging from 1540 to 1627. Some academics believe that the city was built upon the orders Russia's first Tsar Ivan the Terrible who reigned from 1547 to 1584.
