Chimia Brazi
Club Sportiv Brazi, commonly known as CS Brazi, or simply as Brazi, is a Romanian amateur football club based in Brazi, Prahova County. The club was established in 1968, under the name of ''Chimia Brazi'' by the Brazi oil refinery. In 2002 the club was re-founded as CS Brazi (a multi-sport club). The football section is currently playing in the Liga VI (6th tier). History Founded in 1968 as ''Chimia Brazi'', the club promoted for the first time in Divizia C at the end of the 1971–72 season, ''Chimiștii'' won Prahova County Championship and qualified for the Divizia C promotion play-off, where they faced the champion of București Municipal Championship, Uremoas București, and they won without major difficulties, (4–0 at Brazi and 1–1 at București). Valentin Lazăr
Valentin Marius Lazăr (born 21 August 1989) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga III side CS Păulești. Club career 2013-2014 season In the summer of 2013, Lazăr signed a contract for three years with FC Dinamo București. He made his debut on 19 July in a match against Poli Timișoara. He scored his first goal in a match against Chindia Târgoviște in the Romanian Cup and a second goal against FC Brașov. In 2014, he scored against Corona Brașov and two goals against Săgeata Năvodari in Liga I. He scored and assisted against big rival Steaua in the Romanian cup. Lazăr ended the 2013–2014 season with 6 goals and 11 assists in all competitions. 2014-2015 season On 20 July Lazăr became the new captain after Laurențiu Rus was released from Dinamo. Mihai Mocanu
Mihai Mocanu (24 February 1942 – 18 June 2009) was a Romanian football defender. Club career Mihai Mocanu was born on 24 February 1942 in Constanța, Romania, starting to play football in 1952 at local club, Locomotiva, afterwards going to play for Rafinăria Câmpina, returning to his hometown at Electrica where he finished his junior career, starting his senior career in Divizia B, playing for two seasons at SNM Constanța, afterwards going for one season at fellow Divizia B club, Chimia Făgăraș. He went to play for Petrolul Ploiești, making his Divizia A debut on 25 August 1963 in a 2–1 away loss against UTA Arad, making a total of 201 appearances with 6 goals scored in the competition over the course of 9 seasons in which he also helped the '' Yellow Wolves'' win the 1965–66 Divizia A, being used by coach Constantin Cernăianu in 26 matches. Valeriu Răchită
Valeriu "Vivi" Răchită (born 30 May 1970) is a Romanian former footballer and current manager. Playing career A central defender, he spent most of his career in Romania with Steaua București and Petrolul Ploiești, winning a combined five domestic honours with them. Răchită also had brief stints in the country at FC Onești, Farul Constanța and FC Universitatea Craiova, as well as at Ankaragücü and Litex Lovech abroad. Liga IV Prahova, commonly known as Liga A Prahova, is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Prahova County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. 2010–11 Liga III
The 2010–11 Liga III season was the 55th season of the Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season started on August 27, 2010 and ended on June 3, 2011. The winners of each series promoted to the 2011–12 Liga II. The bottom three from each division relegated at the end of the season to the county football leagues (Liga IV).
