''Cheesy'' is a solo album by En Esch of KMFDM and Slick Idiot. It was released on August 31, 1993, on Wax Trax!/ TVT. History Six tracks were recorded in Hamburg, Germany, with Günter Schulz and KMFDM's then-engineer Blank Fontana: "Cum", "Gypsy Queen", "Ich Bin", "Rule the Mob", "Granola", "Outro", and "The Past Is Beyond Recovery". These tracks would have composed En Esch's half of the KMFDM album ''Apart''. Wax Trax! Records rejected Esch's tracks for not sounding enough like KMFDM. Instead, Sascha Konietzko added additional songs and remixes to those he had recorded for ''Apart'' and changed the name of the album to ''Money''. The rest of the tracks for what was initially called ''Cheesy Fun''KMFDM Newsletter #4, 1992 were recorded later in various locations to fill out what then became Esch's solo album. ''Cheesy'' is a platform game developed by British studio CTA Developments and published by Ocean Software in Europe for the PlayStation in November 1996. Gameplay ''Cheesy'' is a platform game with 3D and 2.5D gameplay styles where the player controls the titular character, who was imprisoned in a castle by a mad scientist until aliens appear and try to attack him, with the main objective of the game being to escape from the castle, while battling against aliens that come in his way. Development and release ''Cheesy'' originally started as a project intended for the Atari Jaguar, which was first announced in 1994 as one of the upcoming titles for the Jaguar by Ocean Software and was originally scheduled to be released around the fourth quarter of 1995, however, the game was moved to the PlayStation after the system was a commercial and critical failure. Cheese
Cheese is a dairy product produced in wide ranges of flavors, textures, and forms by coagulation of the milk protein casein. It comprises proteins and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. During production, milk is usually acidified and the enzymes of either rennet or bacterial enzymes with similar activity are added to cause the casein to coagulate. The solid curds are then separated from the liquid whey and pressed into finished cheese. Some cheeses have aromatic molds on the rind, the outer layer, or throughout. Over a thousand types of cheese exist and are produced in various countries. Their styles, textures and flavors depend on the origin of the milk (including the animal's diet), whether they have been pasteurized, the butterfat content, the bacteria and mold, the processing, and how long they have been aged. Camp is an aesthetic style and sensibility that regards something as appealing because of its bad taste and ironic value. Camp aesthetics disrupt many of modernism's notions of what art is and what can be classified as high art by inverting aesthetic attributes such as beauty, value, and taste through an invitation of a different kind of apprehension and consumption. Camp can also be a social practice and function as a style and performance identity for several types of entertainment including film, cabaret, and pantomime. Kitsch ( ; loanword from German) is a term applied to art and design that is perceived as naïve imitation, overly-eccentric, gratuitous, or of banal taste. The avant-garde opposed kitsch as melodramatic and superficial affiliation with the human condition and its natural standards of beauty. In the first half of the 20th century, kitsch referred to products of pop culture that lacked the depth of fine art. However, since the emergence of Pop Art in the 1950s, kitsch is sometimes re-appreciated in knowingly ironic, humorous or earnest fashion. To brand visual art as "kitsch" is often still pejorative, though not exclusively. Art deemed kitsch may be enjoyed in an entirely positive and sincere manner. Cheezies are a brand of cheese puff snack food made and sold in Canada by W. T. Hawkins Ltd. The snack is made from extruded cornmeal covered in powdered cheddar cheese, and sold in distinctive red-and-white bags. History The snack was invented after the Second World War by James Marker of Dayton, Ohio and W. T. Hawkins. The pair were living in Chicago when they discovered a method, by trial and error, of extruding cornmeal, casting it into fingerling shapes, then deep frying it in vegetable shortening and sprinkling it with cheddar cheese.
