Charles Marie Jean Joseph Elvire Ghislain baron Poswick (6 October 1924 – 28 July 1994) was a Belgian politician for the PLP. Poswick was doctor in Law and licentiate in commercial and financial sciences. He became para-commando and broker. Jean-Pierre Marie Jacques Grafé (31 March 1932 – 16 May 2019) was a Belgian politician and a member of the Christian Social Party (PSC), and then the Human Democratic Centre. Biography Jean-Pierre Grafé is the son of Jacques Grafé, a lawyer in Liège, and the grandson of Alfred Grafé, a professor at the University of Liège. Grafé earned a doctorate in law from the University of Liège. He served as a member of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives from 7 November 1971 to 12 April 1995 for the PSC. Limbourg (; German and Dutch: ''Limburg''; wa, Limbôr) or Limbourg-sur-Vesdre is a city and municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Liège, Belgium. The Circuit Zolder, also known as Circuit Terlamen, is an undulating motorsport race track in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. History Built in 1963, Zolder hosted the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix on 10 separate occasions in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as the 1980 Belgian motorcycle Grand Prix. F1 moved to Zolder in 1973 and with the exception of a race at Nivelles-Baulers in 1974, Zolder was the location of the Belgian Grand Prix until 1982. That year, Canadian driver Gilles Villeneuve was killed during qualifying at the 1982 Belgian Grand Prix. Villeneuve's Ferrari 126C2 collided at speed with the March 821 of Jochen Mass. The Ferrari was torn up in the accident and when rolling, Villeneuve was thrown from the car.
