Charles Leclerc (racing Driver)
Charles Marc Hervé Perceval Leclerc (; born 16 October 1997) is a Monégasque racing driver, currently racing in Formula One for Scuderia Ferrari. He won the GP3 Series championship in 2016 and the FIA Formula 2 Championship in . Leclerc made his Formula One debut in for Sauber, a team affiliated with Ferrari, for which he was part of the Ferrari Driver Academy. With Sauber having finished last the year before, Leclerc led the charge to improve its finishing position in the constructors' championship to eighth, and was the higher ranked of the two Sauber drivers. He joined Ferrari the next season and became the second-youngest driver to qualify on pole position in Formula One at the 2019 Bahrain Grand Prix. The 2019 season also saw Leclerc take his first career win in Belgium. ART Grand Prix is a French motor racing team that competes in formula single-seaters in Europe. In 2012, it competed in the GP2 Series and GP3 Series as Lotus GP to reflect sponsorship from British sports and racing car manufacturer Lotus. The team competed as Lotus ART in 2011. In motorsports, a factory-backed racing team or driver is one sponsored by a vehicle manufacturer in official competitions. As motorsport competition is an expensive endeavor, some degree of factory support is desired and often necessary for success. Nicolas Todt (born 17 November 1977 in Le Chesnay, Yvelines) is a French motorsport team owner. He is the son of former Ferrari Formula One team principal and former FIA president Jean Todt. Todt is the manager of major racing drivers, including Daniil Kvyat, Felipe Massa, Pastor Maldonado, James Calado, Charles Leclerc, José María López, Caio Collet, Marcus Armstrong, Gabriele Minì, James Wharton, Martinius Stenshorne and Christian Ho.
