Charles Irving Martin (January 25, 1871 – May 8, 1953) was an American military officer and a lawyer. Wadsworth was an unincorporated community in Delaware Township, Leavenworth County, Kansas, United States. It is part of the Kansas City metropolitan area. The 139th Infantry Regiment was an infantry regiment of the United States Army with two unrelated incarnations. The Battle of Saint-Mihiel was a major World War I battle fought from 12–15 September 1918, involving the American Expeditionary Forces (AEF) and 110,000 French troops under the command of General John J. Pershing of the United States against German positions.
