Charbagh Tehsil
Charbagh is an administrative subdivision (tehsil) of Swat District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. District Swat has seven tehsils: Tehsil Charbagh, Tehsil Babuzai, Tehsil Matta, Tehsil Khwaza Khela, Tehsil Barikot, Tehsil Kabal and Tehsil Bahrain. Each tehsil comprises certain numbers of union councils. There are 65 union councils in Swat District, 56 rural and 9 urban. According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Act 2013. University Of Swat
The University of Swat ( ur, ) ( ps, ) is a public sector university. The main campus of the university is situated in the Charbagh area of the Swat District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is 20 km away from the main city of Mingora. History On 29 May, 2010, the prime minister of Pakistan, during his visit to the Swat valley, announced to establish the University of Swat. The university came into formal existence in July, 2010 by the order of Honorable Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mr. Awais Ahmad Ghani with the prior approval of the President of Pakistan. Khwazakhela ( ur, , ps, خوازه خېله) is a town and an administrative subdivision (Tehsil) of Swat District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.
