Pedro Willem Crous
Pedro Willem Crous (born 2 November 1963) is a South African mycologist and plant pathologist. Study In 1985 he obtained a B.Sc. in forestry at the University of Stellenbosch. In 1988 he obtained his M.Sc.Agric. cum laude at the same university. In 1992 he was awarded a Ph.D. in agriculture at the University of the Orange Free State (now called the University of the Free State) in Bloemfontein. In 2009 he was awarded a D.Sc. in fungal systematics at the University of Pretoria (South Africa). Fungus
A fungus ( : fungi or funguses) is any member of the group of eukaryotic organisms that includes microorganisms such as yeasts and molds, as well as the more familiar mushrooms. Celery
Celery (''Apium graveolens'') is a marshland plant in the family Apiaceae that has been cultivated as a vegetable since antiquity. Celery has a long fibrous stalk tapering into leaves. Depending on location and cultivar, either its stalks, leaves or hypocotyl are eaten and used in cooking. Celery seed powder is used as a spice. Description Celery leaves are pinnate to bipinnate with rhombic leaflets long and broad. The flowers are creamy-white, in diameter, and are produced in dense compound umbels.
