Centre For Foreign Relations
The Mozambique-Tanzania Centre for Foreign Relations (CFR) is a higher learning institution in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It is located in the Kurasini ward. Introduction The Centre for Foreign Relations is one of the high learning institutions in Tanzania. The CFR was established in 1978, as a result of an agreement between the governments of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Republic of Mozambique. The Centre has been incorporated in Immunities and Privileges Act No. 5 (1986). This incorporation conferred the Centre with the status of a Diplomatic Institution, a status which the Centre continues to enjoy to date. The Centre was originally designed to train nationals of the two countries in the field of International Relations and Diplomacy. However, the expansion of foreign policy constituency and the demands of each country out of global changes enabled the Centre to admit students from other ministries, the private sector as well as other countries. Ombeni Sefue
Ombeni Yohana Sefue (born 26 August 1954) is a former Tanzanian diplomat. He was appointed as the Chief Secretary to the President of Tanzania on 31 December 2011. Kurasini is an administrative ward in the Temeke District of the Dar es Salaam Region of Tanzania. According to the 2002 census, the ward has a total population of 34,501. Mozambique

A Foreign Service Officer (FSO) is a commissioned member of the United States Foreign Service. Foreign Service Officers formulate and implement the foreign policy of the United States. Boonah Kaluwa has been a representative of the Segerea Constituence in the Parliament of Tanzania since 2015. Prior to winning the general election, Bonnah was a ward councillor of Kipawa where she lived for five years from 2010. Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino, better known as Raphael (; or ; March 28 or April 6, 1483April 6, 1520), was an Italian painter and architect of the High Renaissance. His work is admired for its clarity of form, ease of composition, and visual achievement of the Neoplatonic ideal of human grandeur. She currently serves as Head of Department of environmental studies at the Open University of Tanzania (OUT), where she is also a lecturer and a researcher.
