Celestine Donkor
Celestine Donkor is a Ghanaian gospel musician and songwriter. In March 2021, she was among the Top 30 Most Influential Women in Music by the 3Music Awards Women's Brunch. She founded the Celestial Praise, an annual Gospel music concert. Early life and education Donkor was born to the family of Mr and Mrs Akakpo, both from the Volta region of Ghana. She started her primary school education at St Augustine Preparatory school in Abeka Lapaz and continued to Nsaaniya Secondary Business School at Kasoa where she had her secondary school education. She proceeded to the University of Ghana, Legon where she obtained her BA (Hons) Sociology and Information studies. Joyce Akosua Twene also known as Joyce Blessing is a Ghanaian and African gospel musician. Early life and education Joyce Akosua Twene known popularly as Joyce Blessing was born to Mr Christopher Kwabena Twene and Mrs Gladys Yaa Kyewaa on 15 May at Accra, Ghana. Joyce is the fourth child of her parents. She grew up with other siblings who were all raised by their mother in Kumasi, the Ashanti Region of Ghana where she had her primary school and Junior High School education . Ceccy Abena Ampratwum (born 13 November), better known by her stage name Ceccy Twum, is a Ghanaian contemporary gospel singer and songwriter. Early life and education Ceccy was born to the family of Mr and Mrs Andoh in Accra, Ghana. Ceccy Twum started her primary school education at the Don Bosco Catholic Primary and Junior high in Winneba and proceeded to Snapps College for her senior high education in Accra. The 5th 3Music Awards was held on 26 March 2022 at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre, in Accra to recognize the works of artists in the year under review. It was broadcast by TV3, 3MUSIC TV, DGN and HD +. The ceremony's theme was ''''More Than Music'''', and was held in-person with an audience following the previous year's virtual ceremony. The nominees were announced on 15 February 2022 during a ceremony at the Teelande Tea Garden in Accra, Ghana. Kuami Eugene received the most nominations with 16, followed by Sarkodie who had 13 and KiDi who received 10 nominations. On 14 March, Boomplay was announced as an official partner of the awards. Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng (born on October 1, 1981, popularly known as Funny Face, is a Ghanaian comedian, known for his role in TV3 Ghana's sitcom Chorkor Trotro. He is also known as SwagOn-Papa. Career Funny Face's first appearance on the ''Night of 1010 Laughs'' was in 2010. It is believed that he made his breakthrough to comedy through this. Funny Face played the role of driver's ''mate'' in the TV3 sitcom ''Chorkor tro tro'', where he was known as ''Chemu'' before quitting, for reasons unknown. Ohemaa Mercy is a Ghanaian contemporary gospel singer with several awards to her name. Early life and education Mercy Amoah popularly known as Ohemaa Mercy was born in Weija, Accra to Fantis parents, Mr and Mrs Amoah, from Abakrapa and Elmina respectively. She lived most of her young life in Koforidua.
