Cedric McKinley
Cedric McKinley (born March 26, 1987) is an American former Canadian football defensive lineman, most notably for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Minnesota, and was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL) in 2010. He has also been a member of the NFL's New England Patriots, the AFL's Chicago Rush, and the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders. College career McKinley played college football for the Minnesota Golden Gophers as a defensive end from 2008 to 2009. In 23 games, he achieved 43 tackles, three fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles. Professional career McKinley signed as an undrafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League on July 4, 2010 but was released on June 28. Demopolis, Alabama
Demopolis is the largest city in Marengo County, in west-central Alabama. The population was 7,162 at the time of the 2020 United States census, down from 7,483 at the 2010 census. The city lies at the confluence of the Black Warrior River and Tombigbee River. It is situated atop a cliff composed of the Demopolis Chalk Formation, known locally as White Bluff, on the east bank of the Tombigbee. It is at the center of Alabama's Canebrake region and is also within the Black Belt region. Demopolis was founded in the early 1800s after the fall of Napoleon's empire. It was named by a group of French expatriates, a mix of exiled Bonapartists and other French refugees who had settled in the United States after the overthrow of the colonial government in Saint-Domingue by enslaved workers. Napoleon had sent troops there in a last attempt to regain control of the island, but they were defeated, largely by high mortality due to yellow fever. Defensive end (DE) is a defensive position in the sport of gridiron football. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formation (American football), formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played. The Edmonton Eskimos season was the 58th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 67th overall. The Edmonton Eskimos season was the 57th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 66th overall. The Eskimos successfully improved upon their 4–14 record from 2013 after earning their fifth win in their sixth game. Minneapolis South High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in the Corcoran neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
