Cathal Dunbar
Cathal Dunbar (born 1996) is an Irish hurler who plays for Wexford Senior Championship club Naomh Éanna and at inter-county level with the Wexford senior hurling team. He usually lines out as a right corner-forward. Playing career Gorey Community School Dunbar first came to prominence as a hurler with Gorey Community School. He played in every grade of hurling before eventually joining the college's senior hurling team and lined out in several Leinster Championship campaigns. Institute of Technology, Carlow As a student at the Institute of Technology, Carlow, Dunbar joined the senior hurling team during his second year. He lined out for the college in several Fitzgibbon Cup campaigns. Naomh Éanna Dunbar joined the Ballygarrett-Réalt na Mara club at a young age and played in all grades at juvenile and underage levels before eventually joining the club's top adult team. Gorey () is a market town in north County Wexford, Ireland. It is beside the main M11 Dublin to Wexford road. The town is also connected to the railway network along the same route. Paul Morris (born 23 February 1990) is an Irish Hurling, hurler who plays for Wexford Senior Hurling Championship, Wexford Senior Championship club Ferns St Aidan's GAA, Ferns St Aidan's and, formerly, at senior level for the Wexford county hurling team, Wexford county team. He usually lines out as a left corner-forward. Playing career FCJ Bunclody Morris first came to prominence as a hurler with FCJ Bunclody in Bunclody. The 2018 Walsh Cup was an inter-county hurling competition based mainly in the Irish province of Leinster. It took place between December 2017 and January 2018. Andrew Kenny (hurler)
Andrew Kenny is the main singer/songwriter of The Wooden Birds, which released their debut LP ''Magnolia'' in May 2009. Their second album, ''Two Matchsticks'', was released June 2011. He was the frontman for the American indie/lo-fi band The American Analog Set. In 2003, he released a split EP in the Home Series (Vol. V) with Benjamin Gibbard. In 2005, he contributed towards Broken Social Scene's 2005 self-titled album. Andrew Kenny toured briefly with Broken Social Scene in 2007 and with Ola Podrida in 2008 before moving back home to Austin to work on his own recordings. In 2008, Kenny wrote and performed the entire score for the short film ''Pickup and Return'', which was written and directed by award-winning writer/director Alex R. Johnson. 2016 National Hurling League
The 2016 National Hurling League was the 85th season of the National Hurling League for inter-county hurling teams since its establishment in 1925. The fixtures were announced on 16 November 2015. The season began on 13 February 2016, and finished on 8 May 2016. Waterford came into the season as defending champions of the 2015 season. Kerry entered Division 1 as the promoted team from the 2015 season. Clare won the title for the first time since 1978 after a 1-23 to 2-19 win against Waterford in a replay. 2017 All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship
The 2017 All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship was the 54th staging of the All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1964. The championship began on 24 May 2017 and ended on 9 September 2017. Waterford entered the championship as the defending champions, however, they were defeated by Cork in the Munster semi-final. Meath fielded a team in the championship for the first time in several seasons. On 9 September 2017, Limerick won the championship following a 0-17 to 0-11 defeat of Kilkenny in the All-Ireland final.
