Cass High School is a four-year public high school located in Cartersville, Georgia, United States, one of five high schools in Bartow County. It serves grades 9- 12. The current principal is Stephen Revard. Athletics Cass High School offers a variety of sports, including football, men's basketball, women's basketball, baseball, men's soccer, women's soccer, volleyball, softball, swimming, cross country, wrestling, track, tennis, and golf. Football The Cass Colonels football team went to the state playoffs in 2004 for the first time in 21 years, and the second time in school history. They also made it to the playoffs in 2006. White, Georgia
White is a city in Bartow County, Georgia, United States. The population was 661 at the 2020 census. White is located along U.S. Highway 411, north of Interstate 75. It is a bedroom community of Cartersville which is located to the south, but they are connected by a chain of homes and retail shops. History A post office called White has been in operation since 1890. James Alexander White, the first postmaster, gave the city its name. The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) is an organization that governs athletics and activities for member high schools in Georgia, USA. GHSA is a member of the National Federation of State High School Associations. The association has 463 public and private high schools as members. GHSA organizes all sports and academic competitions as well as overseeing registration, training, and approves local area sports officials associations to administer regional athletics and activities per member schools. Cartersville is a city in Bartow County, Georgia, United States; it is located within the northwest edge of the Atlanta metropolitan area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 23,187. Bartow County is located in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 108,901, up from 100,157 in 2010. The county seat is Cartersville.
