Carson Hocevar
Carson S. Hocevar (born January 28, 2003) is an American professional dirt track and stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 42 Chevrolet Silverado for Niece Motorsports. He has also competed in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series West in the past. Racing career Early career Hocevar began competing in quarter midgets at the age of 7, winning 79 feature races and 15 national championships. He started racing at Berlin Raceway in 2015 as a 12 year old and won the track's Outlaw Late Model championship. He won his first Super Late Model race at the track in 2016, but NASCAR stopped all drivers under 14 from competing from sanctioned tracks. Hocevar returned in 2017 and won the track's Super Late Model championship. Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park (formerly Indianapolis Raceway Park, O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis, and Lucas Oil Raceway) is an auto racing facility in Brownsburg, Indiana, United States, about northwest of downtown Indianapolis. Quarter Midget Racing
Quarter midget racing is a form of automobile racing. The cars are approximately one-quarter (1/4) the size of a full-size midget car. The adult-size midget being raced during the start of quarter midget racing used an oval track of one-fifth of a mile in length. The child's quarter midget track is one quarter that length, or 1/20 mile (264 feet). An adult-size midget in the 1940s and 1980s could reach 120 miles per hour, while the single-cylinder 7-cubic-inch quarter midget engine could make available a speed of 30 miles per hour in a rookie class (called novices), or one-quarter the speed of the adult car. Most of the competitive classes run speeds near 45 miles per hour. Daniel Alejandro Suárez Garza (born January 7, 1992) is a Mexican professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 99 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Trackhouse Racing Team. The website was founded by Jay "Jayski" Adamczyk in 1996 after he had difficulty finding news regarding the Melling Racing team, and subsequently worked to get all NASCAR news grouped together on the site. The site was purchased from Adamczyk by ESPN in 2007; after ESPN shut the site down in January 2019, Adamczyk reacquired the rights to Jayski-related properties in April 2019 and rolled out a limited version of the new website with a full launch occurring on May 13, 2019. The 2022 DoorDash 250 was the twelfth stock car race of the 2022 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and the fifth iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, in Sonoma, California at Sonoma Raceway, a permanent road course. The race took the scheduled 75 laps to complete. Tyler Hill (born June 2, 1994) is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 56 Toyota Tundra for his team, Hill Motorsports. He has also driven in the ARCA Racing Series for Fast Track Racing and NASCAR Xfinity Series for MBM Motorsports in the past. He is the son of former NASCAR driver Jerry Hill and the brother of current NASCAR driver Timmy Hill, who shares driving duties and co-owns the No. 56 truck with Tyler. The 2022 Toyota 200 presented by CK Power was the eleventh stock car race of the 2022 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the 22nd iteration of the event. The race was held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, in Madison, Illinois at World Wide Technology Raceway, a permanent quad-oval racetrack. The race was increased from 160 laps to 165 laps, due to a NASCAR overtime finish. Corey Heim, driving for Kyle Busch Motorsports, would take advantage of the lead on the final restart, and win the race after the caution came out on the last lap.
