Carlos Araujo
Carlos Luciano Araujo (born November 19, 1981) is a retired Argentine football player, who played as a right-back. Career Araujo started his career with Independiente Rivadavia. He then played for Atlético de Rafaela, with which he won 2002–03 season of the Primera B Nacional (second division), earning promotion to the Primera Division. Subsequently, he played for major Argentine clubs, including Estudiantes de La Plata, Newell's Old Boys and Huracán. After a successful season with Huracán, Araujo decided to take the big step to Europe in the second half of 2009, joining Greek club AEK Athens F.C. Araujo was cited as the "best right back in Argentina" by his former Huracán coach Ángel Cappa, whilst his transfer was described by a journalist as a "key player loss" for Huracán. Mendoza (, ), officially the City of Mendoza ( es, Ciudad de Mendoza) is the capital of the province of Mendoza in Argentina. Ángel Alberto Cappa Polchi (born September 6, 1946) is an Argentine football manager and former player. Playing career Cappa played for Olimpo and in Villa Mitre in the 1960s and 1970s, in Bahía Blanca. His career was undistinguished. Coaching career Following his retirement as a player, Cappa took up coaching. He worked as assistant manager to César Luis Menotti in FC Barcelona (1983–1984), Peñarol (1990–1991) and Boca Juniors (1986–1987). His first stint as a manager was in Banfield in the Nacional B (Argentine second division) during the 1985-1986 season. Banfield was runner-up in the Nacional B. The 2013 Copa Sudamericana (officially the 2013 Copa Total Sudamericana for sponsorship reasons) was the 12th edition of the Copa Sudamericana, South America's secondary international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The winner qualified for the 2014 Copa Libertadores, the 2014 Recopa Sudamericana, and the 2014 Suruga Bank Championship. São Paulo were the defending champions, but lost to Ponte Preta in the semifinals. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana began in 2002, replacing the separate competitions Copa Merconorte and Copa Mercosur (that had replaced Copa CONMEBOL) by a single competition. Ismael Blanco (born 19 January 1983) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward for Argentine club Club Ciudad de Bolívar. Club career Argentina Blanco started his career with Colón in 2002. He suffered a serious knee injury (cruciate ligament) in 2004. Having lost his place on the first team, after his rehabilitation he was loaned out in January 2005 to Club Libertad of Paraguay, where he had the opportunity to participate at the Copa Libertadores 2005, scoring twice during his team's unsuccessful effort in Group 1. After his loan spell in Club Libertad, he returned in June 2005 to Argentina, to play on loan for Olimpo de Bahía Blanca, a Primera B Nacional team.
