Carl Gantvoort
Carl Gantvoort (1883 – September 28, 1935) was a stage and screen actor in the United States. He starred in ''The Gray Dawn'' (1922). He attended the University of Cincinnati. His theatrical performances included a role as Little John in a 1912 production of Robin Hood. He also had roles in ''Little Simplicity'', ''The Maid of the Mountains'', ''The Riviera Girl'', ''Pom-pom'' as Bertrand, ''Iole'' as George Wayne, and ''The Geisha''. Personal life His father, Arnold J. Gantvoort, was manager of CCM and taught classes. His mother was Nettie Looker, granddaughter of Othniel Looker. He had 6 siblings: Hermann, Gertrude, Bertha, Brunhilde, Elsa, and Helen. He was married to Anne Brussert, who he met when she was performing a play in Ohio. They married after he completed college and divorced in 1922. ''Golden Dreams'' is a film about the history of California. It was a featured attraction at Disney California Adventure Park at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, opening with the park on February 8, 2001. It starred Whoopi Goldberg as Calafia, the Queen of California. On September 7, 2008, the last showing of the film to the public was made. The theater was razed in July 2009 and was replaced by The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure. However, the exterior replica of the Bernard Maybeck's Palace of Fine Arts remained. The final showing took place as a private showing for cast members on March 26, 2009. Synopsis Guests entered the theater, a replica of the Bernard Maybeck façade of San Francisco's Palace of Fine Arts, a famed Bay Area landmark constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition. Claire Adams
Claire Adams (; 24 September 1898 – 25 September 1978) was a silent film actress and benefactor. She was born in Canada, studied there and in England, and developed a movie career in Hollywood. She spent the second half of her life in Australia. Death Adams died on 25 September 1978, in Windsor, Victoria, aged 80, and was cremated. Othniel Looker (October 4, 1757July 23, 1845) was a Democratic-Republican Party politician from Ohio. He served briefly as the fifth governor of Ohio. Biography Sources vary on Looker's birth location. He was born either in Morris County, New Jersey, or on Long Island, New York. His gravestone was engraved with the Morris County location. Locker moved with his mother to Hanover Township, New Jersey, when he was two-years-old, after the death of his father. He enlisted with the New Jersey militia in 1776, and served out the remainder of the American Revolutionary War as a private. In 1779, Looker married Pamela Clark, and circa 1788 Looker moved to Vermont and then to New York, working as a school teacher. Career He served in the New York State Assembly from 1803 to 1804.
