Canon EOS 80D
The Canon EOS 80D is a digital single-lens reflex camera announced by Canon on February 18, 2016. It has the same body-only MSRP as the Canon EOS 70D, which it replaces. The camera can be purchased as a body-only, as kit with the 18-55mm IS STM lens, with the new 18-135mm IS USM lens or with the EF-S 18-200mm IS. As a part of the Canon EOS two-digit line, it is the successor to the EOS 70D and is the predecessor of the EOS 90D. The camera is aimed at mid-market, semi-pro and enthusiast photographers. Canon EOS
Canon EOS (Electro-Optical System) is an autofocus single-lens reflex camera (SLR) and mirrorless camera series produced by Canon Inc. Introduced in 1987 with the Canon EOS 650, all EOS cameras used 135 film, 35 mm photographic film, film until October 1996 when the Canon EOS IX, EOS IX was released using the new and short-lived Advanced Photo System, APS film. The Canon EOS 90D is a digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera released by Canon on August 28, 2019. It has a body-only MSRP of US$1199, which is the same as the Canon EOS 80D, which it replaces. The camera is one of Canon's APS-C cameras part of the Canon EOS two-digit line, it is the successor to the EOS 80D and is referred to as an enthusiast model. NTSC
NTSC (from National Television System Committee) is the first American standard for analog television, published and adopted in 1941. In 1961, it was assigned the designation System M. It is also known as EIA standard 170. In 1953, a second NTSC standard was adopted, which allowed for color television broadcast compatible with the existing stock of black-and-white receivers. Near-field communication (NFC) is a set of communication protocols that enables communication between two electronic devices over a distance of or less. NFC offers a low-speed connection through a simple setup that can be used for the bootstrapping of capable wireless connections. Like other proximity card technologies, NFC is based on inductive coupling between two electromagnetic coils present on a NFC-enabled device such as a smartphone. DIGIC 5+
Digital Imaging Integrated Circuit (often styled as "DiG!C") is Canon Inc.'s name for a family of signal processing and control units for digital cameras and camcorders. DIGIC units are used as image processors by Canon in its own digital imaging products. Several generations of DIGICs exist, and are distinguished by a version number suffix. Currently, DIGIC is implemented as an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) designed to perform high speed signal processing as well as the control operations in the product in which it has been incorporated. Canon Extender EF
The Canon Extender EF lenses are a group of teleconverter photographic lens, lenses made by Canon Inc., Canon. These lenses are used between any compatible Canon EF lens mount, EF type lens and any of the Canon Canon EOS, EOS line of cameras. When used with a compatible lens, they will multiply the focal length of the lens by a factor of either 1.4x or 2x, at the cost of decreasing the lens' aperture by 1 or 2 stops respectively.
