Canadian comics refers to comics and cartooning by citizens of Canada or Permanent residency in Canada, permanent residents of Canada regardless of residence. The English tends to follow History of American comics, American trends, and the French, Franco-Belgian comics, Franco-Belgian ones, with little crossover between the two cultures.
