Cameron Reny is an American politician serving as a member of the Maine Senate for the 13th district. She assumed office on December 7, 2022. Early life and education Reny was born in Lincoln County, Maine, and raised in the community of Round Pond. After graduating from Lincoln Academy, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in community and justice studies from Guilford College and a Master of Arts in school counseling from the University of Southern Maine. Career Reny has worked as a school counselor in RSU 1 for eight years. She was elected to the Maine Senate in November 2022 and assumed office on December 7, 2022. Chloe Maxmin
Chloe Sophia Maxmin (born 1992) is an American Democratic politician and environmental activist currently serving as the Maine State Senator for District 13. A resident of Nobleboro, she was elected to the Maine House of Representatives in November 2018 and to the Maine Senate in November 2020, defeating incumbent Minority Leader Dana Dow. Maxmin was the first Democrat ever to represent Maine House District 88, the youngest member of the 129th Maine Legislature, and is the youngest female state senator in Maine's history. Lincoln County is a county located in the U.S. state of Maine. As of the 2020 census, the population was 35,237. Its seat is Wiscasset. The county was founded in 1760 by the Massachusetts General Court from a portion of York County, Massachusetts and named after the English city Lincoln, the birthplace of Massachusetts Bay Provincial Governor Thomas Pownall. At its founding, Lincoln County accounted for three-fifths of the state's land, and stretched east to Nova Scotia. Lincoln Academy is the fourth oldest secondary school in Maine.
