Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (often translated to ''National Chamber for Italian Fashion'' or ''Italian Fashion Council'' in English language, English) is a non-profit organization, whose purpose is the promotion, coordination of the Italian fashion industry and the training of young Italian designers. It is most well known for being the organizer of Milan Fashion Week, one of the Fashion week, big five global fashion weeks alongside New York Fashion Week, New York, Paris Fashion Week, Paris, London Fashion Week, London, and Tokyo Fashion Week, Tokyo. Carlo Capasa is an Italian fashion executive who has been the president of Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana since June 2015. His leadership has been marked by controversy over his perceived lack of action against racism in the industry and protests from designers of color against his leadership.
