Callum Jones (born 2 October 2001) is a Welsh professional footballer who most recently played as a defender for League Two side Newport County. Playing career Jones is a product of the Newport County academy. On 12 November 2019 Jones made his debut for Newport as a second-half substitute for Matt Dolan in the 7–4 win against Cheltenham Town in the EFL Trophy Southern Group E. Slimbridge A
Slimbridge is a village and civil parish near Dursley in Gloucestershire, England. It is best known as the home of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust's Slimbridge Reserve which was started by Sir Peter Scott. Canal and Patch Bridge The Gloucester and Sharpness Canal runs through the village, and under Patch Bridge which must be crossed to reach the Wildfowl Trust. Damage to the decking of Patch Bridge in October 2007 resulted in a temporary repair being made using steel plates. This had the effect of unbalancing the bridge, which warped and jammed on 23 October 2007. The swing bridge was replaced in early 2009. Nearby there is a caravan park and pub. Matthew Alexander Dolan (born 11 February 1993) is an English footballer who plays for club Hartlepool United. Career Middlesbrough Dolan began his career at Middlesbrough and in July 2010 was awarded a four-year professional contract with the club, and was captain of their U21 side. On 4 January 2013, Dolan joined Football League One side Yeovil Town on a months loan deal, and made his debut as a substitute in their Football League Trophy area semi-final defeat against Leyton Orient. He played his first League One match for the club in the 2–0 win at Sheffield United.
