Cali Condors
The Cali Condors are a professional swimming club and one of the original eight clubs of the International Swimming League. The team is based in San Francisco led by general manager Jason Lezak and head coach Gregg Troy. Assistant Coaches for the 2019 Season were Dean Boxall, Jeff Julian, and Linda Kiefer. During the inaugural season in 2019 they earned their spot in the final as one of the top two teams in their division. They finished the season as the top American team in the league ahead of their rival LA Current. The Condors won their first International Swimming League Championship during the 2020 Season in Budapest, Hungary. They were led by Head Coach Jonty Skinner, and assistant coaches Allison Beebe, Sean Schimmel, and Brian Schrader. International Swimming League
The International Swimming League (ISL) is an annual professional swimming league, established in 2019. It features a team-based competition format with fast-paced race sessions. In 2019, the regular season started in October and the Final Match was held in December. Athletes with a history of breaking anti-doping rules are banned from ISL. In March 2022, following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the ISL abruptly cancelled its fourth season and all competition in 2022. Molly Hannis
Molly Hannis (born March 13, 1992) is an American competition swimmer who specializes in breaststroke events. She currently represents the Cali Condors which is part of the International Swimming League. Career College Hannis attended the University of Tennessee, where she competed for the Tennessee Volunteers swimming and diving team from 2011 to 2015. During her four years in college Hannis was a 2-time NCAA champion and a 14-time NCAA All-American. 2016 Summer Olympics At the 2016 US Olympic trials in Omaha, Hannis placed second in the 200 meter breaststroke and qualified for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Jan Świtkowski
Jan Świtkowski (born 23 January 1994) is a Polish competitive Swimming (sport), swimmer who specializes in butterfly events. He is a multiple-time Polish champion and a bronze medalist in the 200-meter butterfly at the 2015 World Aquatics Championships, 2015 World Championships. While studying in the United States, Switkowski initially attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he swam for the Virginia Tech Hokies under head coach Ned Skinner from 2013 to 2014. Switkowski sat out the 2014–15 season to spend most of the year competing for the Polish national swimming team, before transferring to the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, where he competed for the Florida Gators swimming and diving team under head coach Gregg Troy. Ariarne Titmus
Ariarne Elizabeth Titmus, (born 7 September 2000) is an Australian swimmer. She is the reigning Olympic champion in the women's 200-metre and 400-metre freestyle, having won both events at the 2020 Summer Olympics, the world record holder in the long course 400-metre freestyle, and formerly the world record holder in the short course 400-metre freestyle. In 2019 and 2020, she competed representing the Cali Condors in the International Swimming League. John Shebat
John Shebat (born February 17, 1997) is an American competition swimmer who specializes in backstroke, medley, and butterfly events. He is a gold medalist in the 4×100-meter medley relay from the 2019 World University Games in Naples, swimming the butterfly leg. Shebat competed for the University of Texas at Austin from 2015 to 2019 where he was a 5-time NCAA champion, 3-time NCAA team champion, a 16-time All American, and the 2019 Big 12 Men's Swimmer of the Year. He is also an incumbent NCAA and U.S. Open record-holder in the 4×50-yard and 4×100-yard medley relays. Justin Ress
Justin Ress (born August 3, 1997) is an American swimmer. As a member of the USA national team Justin won the gold medal in the 50 meter backstroke at the 2022 FINA World Championships and was a member of the USA gold medal winning 4X100 free relay. He was also a key part of the USA team that defeated Australia in the resumption of the Duel in the Pool series in 2022. Ress competed as a member of the Cali Condors of the International Swimming League from 2019-2021 and looks forward to resumption of ISL in the near future. Ress was US national champion in the 100 backstroke in 2022 and 50 backstroke in 2017 after which he competed in the men's 50 meter backstroke event at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships. Kylie Masse
Kylie Jacqueline Masse (born January 18, 1996) is a Canadian competitive swimmer. She is a four-time Olympic medallist, having tied for the bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in the 100 m backstroke and then won silver medals at the 2020 Summer Olympics in both the 100 m and 200 m backstroke and a bronze medal in the 4x100 m medley. Masse is a two-time world champion in the 100 m backstroke, breaking the eight year old world record in the process, which she held until July 2018. While winning her title in Budapest at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships she became the first Canadian woman to become a world champion in a swimming event. Kacper Majchrzak (born 22 September 1992) is a Polish swimmer. He currently represents the Cali Condors which is part of the International Swimming League. Majchrzak competed in the 50 m freestyle and 4 × 100m medley relay events at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Melanie Margalis
Melanie Margalis (born December 30, 1991) is an American competitive swimmer who specializes in the freestyle, breaststroke and individual medley events. She currently represents the Cali Condors which is part of the International Swimming League. Career High school career Margalis graduated from Countryside High School, where she was also a club swimmer for Saint Petersburg Aquatics. There, she was coached by Fred Lewis. In high school swimming, she was a three-time state champion and held the state record in the 200-yard IM. For four years in a row, Margalis was named her teams’ MVP. Proving her versatility, she also swam the 500-yard free in 2009 in which she also won a state championship. Mitchell James Larkin (born 9 July 1993) is an Australian competitive swimmer who specialises in backstroke events. He currently represents the Cali Condors which is part of the International Swimming League. Larkin competed for Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics, 2016 Summer Olympics and the 2020 Summer Olympics. Lilly King
Lillia Camille King (born February 10, 1997) is an American swimmer who specializes in breaststroke. She currently represents the Cali Condors, a team that is part of the International Swimming League. At the 2016 Summer Olympics she won the gold medal in the 100 meter breaststroke competition and also won a gold medal in the 4x100 meter medley relay, in which she swam the breaststroke leg. At the 2020 Summer Olympics, King won a silver medal in the 4x100 meter medley relay for her efforts in the prelims, the silver medal in the 200 meter breaststroke, and the bronze medal in the 100 meter breaststroke.
