CS Crișul Chișineu-Criș
Clubul Sportiv Crișul Chișineu-Criș, commonly known as Crișul Chișineu-Criș, or simply Crișul Chișineu, is a Romanian professional football club based in Chișineu-Criș, Arad County. The team was founded in 1954 as ''Strungul Chișineu-Criș'' and played in the Divizia C for 6 years, between 1985 and 1991. The most important result was a 5th place, achieved at the end of the 1987–88 season. After 1991 Strungul played only in the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system and subsequently changed its name in Crișul Chișineu-Criș. In 2013 Crișul started a collaboration with Europa Alba Iulia and played the second half of the 2012–13 season in the third tier. The alliance did not last and in the summer of 2013 Crișul enrolled again in the Liga IV where from they promoted to Liga III at the end of the 2017–18 season. Stadionul Crișul is a multi-purpose stadium in Chișineu-Criș, Romania. It is currently used mostly for association football, football matches and is the home ground of CS Crișul Chișineu-Criș, Crișul Chișineu-Criș. 2019–20 Liga III
The 2019–20 Liga III was the 64th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season was initially scheduled to begin on 24 August 2019 and to end on 30 May 2020. The season was interrupted on 9 March 2020, after 16 rounds, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After two months of inactivity, on 11 May 2020, the Romanian Football Federation announced that the season was discontinued and the best ranked teams from each series (after 16 rounds) were promoted to Liga II, only if the distance between the leader and the runner-up was bigger than 3 points. Otherwise promotion play-offs will be played between the best two teams of the series. The 2022–23 Liga III will be the 67th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season will begin in August 2022 and is scheduled to end in June 2023. This season is the third consecutive with a format that will include 100 teams (10x10). The format was changed two seasons ago, due to the financial problems generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. CSC Dumbrăvița
Clubul Sportiv Comunal Dumbrăvița, commonly known as CSC Dumbrăvița sometimes as FC Dumbrăvița, or simply as Dumbrăvița, is a Romanian football club based in Dumbrăvița, Timiș County, currently playing in the Liga II. Founded in 2009, CSC Dumbrăvița played at the amateur level until 2018, when it promoted to Liga III. The geographic positioning of Dumbrăvița, in the neighborhood of Timișoara, grew the population by 168%, between the 2002 and 2011, leading also to a significant increase in the economic strength of the commune in recent years. The most important footballer born in Dumbrăvița, was Ștefan Dobay, the local stadium being named in his honor. In the summer of 2022, the club promoted for the first time in its history to Liga II.
