C2 Team
Squadra G-Force (formerly known as C2 Team) was a Brazilian motor racing team based in Curitiba Paraná that competed in the Stock Car Brasil between 2014 and 2018. The team was formed in 2014 as C2 Team by Edson Casagrande and Júlio Campos Júlio Campos (born January 15, 1982, in Curitiba) is a Brazilian auto racing driver. He currently drives in the Stock Car Brasil and Copa Fiat Brasil series. Campos won the Formula Dodge National Championship in 2001 and Pick Up Racing Brazil in ... after they bought Gramacho Competições team. At the end of 2016, Casagrande and Campos left the team sitting out the 2017 season. The team returned in 2018 after Guilherme Ferro who was the crew chief of the team decided to continue with the project renaming to Squadra G-Force. Júlio Campos (born January 15, 1982, in Curitiba) is a Brazilian auto racing driver. He currently drives in the Stock Car Brasil and Copa Fiat Brasil series. Campos won the Formula Dodge National Championship in 2001 and Pick Up Racing Brazil in 2009. He is brother of the deceased driver Marco Campos, who died in an accident in a Formula 3000 race at the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, making him the only driver ever killed in the International Formula 3000 series. Gabriel Casagrande (born 12 November 1994) is a Brazilian racing driver. He competes full-time in the Stock Car Pro Series, driving the No. 83 Chevrolet Cruze for A. Mattheis Vogel Motorsport. He is the reigning champion of the Brazilian Stock Car championship, having won his first title in 2021. Career Stock Car Brazil In 2013, Gabriel ran three stages in Stock Car Brasil for RC3 Bassani and the rest in the Turismo category, finishing in third place overall in the latter. In 2014, Casagrande raced with the C2 Team (formerly Gramacho), with driver Diego Nunes as his teammate. He was also paired with veteran Enrique Bernoldi in the first race of the season. Sérgio Jimenez (born May 15, 1984, in Piedade, São Paulo State) is a Brazilian racecar driver. Career He started his career in 1994 with karting and in 2002 participated in the Formula Renault Brazilian Championship, which he won. In 2006 he participated in the Spanish Formula Three Championship. Jimenez drove five races for Racing Engineering in the 2007 GP2 Series season before being dropped in favor of Ernesto Viso after the 2007 Monaco Grand Prix. Stock Car Pro Series, formerly known as Stock Car Brasil, is a touring car auto racing series based in Brazil organized by Vicar. It is considered the major Brazilian and South American motorsports series. Starting in 1979 with Chevrolet as the only constructor, the series has also seen other constructors joining in and leaving such as Mitsubishi, Peugeot and Volkswagen, currently the only other beside Chevrolet is Toyota.
