C. J. Elleby
Charles James Elleby (born June 16, 2000) is an American professional basketball player for the Iowa Wolves of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Washington State Cougars. Early life and high school career Elleby was born in Federal Way, Washington, grew up in Seattle, Washington, and attended Cleveland High School. As a sophomore, Elleby averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds and helped lead Cleveland to the state playoffs. He averaged 23.0 points, 13.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game and was named second-team All-Metro League in his junior season. The Washington State Cougars men's basketball team represents Washington State University and competes in the Pac-12 Conference (Pac-12) of NCAA Division I. The 2019 NBA draft was held on June 20, 2019. It took place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. National Basketball Association (NBA) teams took turns selecting amateur United States college basketball players and other eligible players, including international players.
