2010–11 Big 12 Conference Men's Basketball Season
The 2010–11 Big 12 Conference men's basketball season marks the 15th season of Big 12 Conference basketball. This was the final season for the Big 12 as a 12-team conference, as two schools departed at the end of the 2010–11 academic year. Colorado joined the Pacific-10 Conference, which became the Pac-12, while Nebraska joined the Big Ten Conference. Courdon "Cory" Higgins (born June 14, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for FC Barcelona of the Liga ACB and the EuroLeague. High school Higgins played high school basketball at Monte Vista High School, in his hometown Danville, California. The 2010–11 NCAA Division I men's basketball season began on November 8, 2010, with the preliminary games of the 2010 Coaches vs. Cancer Classic, and ended with the 2011 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament's championship game on April 4, 2011, at Reliant Stadium in Houston. The tournament's first-round games occurred March 15–16, 2011, in Dayton, followed by second and third rounds on Thursday through Sunday, March 17–20. James Khristian Middleton (born August 12, 1991) is an American professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
