Bridget Donahue
Bridget Donahue is an American gallerist and curator. Education Donahue's studies include a B.A. anthropology and M.A in textiles. Her work with textiles led her to the art of Rosemarie Trockel, and in turn led Ms. Donahue to a position at Barbara Gladstone, the Gladstone Gallery, which represents Trockel. Career After Gladstone gallery, Donahue worked at D’Amelio Terras Gallery before becoming a gallery director at Gavin Brown's Enterprise. In 2008, she co-founded the Brooklyn gallery space ''Cleopatra’s'' with three friends. Jane Panetta
Jane Panetta is a New York-based curator and art historian. Panetta is currently an Associate Curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Career Curating Before working at the Whitney, Panetta spent five years in the Painting and Sculpture Department of the Museum of Modern Art, New York as a curatorial assistant, where she was involved with MoMA's 2007 Richard Serra retrospective and the 2009 retrospective on the Belgian artist James Ensor. The Whitney Biennial is a biennial exhibition of contemporary American art, typically by young and lesser known artists, on display at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City, United States. Martine Syms
Martine Syms (born 1988) is an American artist based in Los Angeles who works in publishing, video, installation, and performance. Her work focuses on identity and the portrayal of the self in relation to themes such as feminism and Black culture. This is often explored through humour and social commentary. Syms coined the term "conceptual entrepreneur" in 2007 to characterize her practice. Early life Martine Syms was born in Los Angeles in 1988. Jessi Reaves (born 1986) is an American artist based in New York City who uses the relationship between art and design as a material in her practice, often making work that operates as both furniture and sculpture.
