A vine (Latin ''vīnea'' "grapevine", "vineyard", from ''vīnum'' "wine") is any plant with a growth habit of trailing or scandent (that is, climbing) stems, lianas or runners. Jēkabs Bīne (11 April 1895 – 24 October 1955) was a Latvian painter, stained glass artist, teacher and art critic. Biography Jēkabs Bīne was born in Riga in 1895 in merchant family. He studied at the Riga City Art School (1913–1915), Kharkov Art School (1915–1918) and the Art Academy of Latvia (1921–1926). His graduation work from Jānis Tilbergs' figurative painting class at the Art Academy was the painting ''Resurrection''. Binə, Khojavend
Bina ( az, Binə; hy, Բինա) or Tumi ( hy, Տումի) is a village in the Khojavend District of Azerbaijan, in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The village had an ethnic Armenian-majority population prior to the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war, and also had an Armenian majority in 1989. Toponymy The village was known as ''Domi'' ( hy, Դոմի; russian: Домы; az, Domı) during the Soviet period. History During the Soviet period, the village was a part of the Hadrut District of the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast.
