Bihar Urdu Academy, also known as the Urdu Academy, Bihar, is a governmental organisation and institute based in Patna, the capital city of the Indian state of Bihar. It was established in 1972, and aims to promote the use of Urdu language within the state. As well as they provide diploma and various other courses degrees. Publications * ''Zaban-o-Adab'' is a monthly magazine published by the academy in the Urdu language. Patna
Patna ( ), historically known as Pataliputra, is the capital and largest city of the state of Bihar in India. According to the United Nations, as of 2018, Patna had a population of 2.35 million, making it the 19th largest city in India. Covering and over 2.5 million people, its urban agglomeration is the 18th largest in India. Patna serves as the seat of Patna High Court. Bihar (; ) is a state in eastern India. It is the 2nd largest state by population in 2019, 12th largest by area of , and 14th largest by GDP in 2021. Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic And Persian University
Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University (MMHAPU) is a state university in Patna, Bihar, India. The university was established under the provisions of the Bihar State Universities Act of 1976, which took effect on 10 April 1998. MMHAPU is a member of the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi as of December 2009. Although three Vice-Chancellors were appointed by the Government of Bihar between 1998 and 2008, the university did not begin admitting students until 2007. The University started its first academic session in July 2008. The university has more than 100 Knowledge Resource Centres. At present, the school has 21 affiliated colleges, including thirty B.Ed. Nitish Kumar
Nitish Kumar (born 1 March 1951) is an Indian politician, who is serving as Chief Minister of Bihar since 22 February 2015, having previous held the office from 2005 to 2014 and for a short period in 2000. The leader of the Janata Dal (United), previously he has also served as a Union Minister as the Samata Party member. Kumar first entered politics as a member of the Janata Dal, becoming an MLA in 1985. A socialist, Kumar founded the Samata Party in 1994 along with George Fernandes. In 1996 he was elected to the Lok Sabha, and served as a Union Minister in the government of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, with his party joining the National Democratic Alliance. In 2003 his party merged into the Janata Dal (United), and Kumar became its leader.
