Bheerkot Municipality
Bheerkot is a municipality in Syangja District of Gandaki Zone of central Nepal. The new municipality was formed by merging four existing villages—Banethok Deurali, Darsing Dahathum, Dhapuk Simal Bhanjyang and Khilung Deurali—on 18 September 2015. It has 9 wards. The office of the municipality is that of the former Darsing Dahathum village development committee's Bayarghari Bazaar. Development Regions Of Nepal
Prior to the promulgation of a new constitution in 2015 after an earthquake, Nepal was divided into five development regions ( ne, विकास क्षेत्र), 14 administrative zones ( ne, अञ्चल) and 75 districts ( ne, जिल्ला). The 14 administrative zones were grouped into five development regions.
