''Donna'' Beatrice Borromeo Arese Taverna (born 18 August 1985, in San Candido) is an Italian journalist and fashion model. Born into an aristocratic family, she graduated from Bocconi University and Columbia University. She became a journalist for ''Il Fatto Quotidiano'', ''Newsweek'' and ''Daily Beast''. She also worked as a broadcast journalist for '' Anno Zero'' on Rai 2 and hosted a weekly show on the Radio 105 Network. She married Pierre Casiraghi, a son of Caroline, Princess of Hanover, in 2015 and had two children. As a model, she became the 2021 ambassador of Dior. Marta Ferri Borromeo (born 21 July 1984) is an Italian fashion designer. By marriage she is a member of the House of Borromeo, an Italian noble family. Early life Ferri was born on 21 July 1984 in Milan, Italy. She is the daughter of Barbara Frua de Angeli, an interior decorator, and Fabrizio Ferri, a photographer. Lago Maggiore
Lake Maggiore (, ; it, Lago Maggiore ; lmo, label=Western Lombard, Lagh Maggior; pms, Lagh Magior; literally 'Greater Lake') or Verbano (; la, Lacus Verbanus) is a large lake located on the south side of the Alps. Borromean Islands
The Borromean Islands (It. ''Isole Borromee'') are a group of three small islands and two islets in the Italian part of Lago Maggiore, located in the western arm of the lake, between Verbania to the north and Stresa to the south. Charles Borromeo
Charles Borromeo ( it, Carlo Borromeo; la, Carolus Borromeus; 2 October 1538 – 3 November 1584) was the Archbishop of Milan from 1564 to 1584 and a cardinal of the Catholic Church. He was a leading figure of the Counter-Reformation combat against the Protestant Reformation together with Ignatius of Loyola and Philip Neri.
