The ''Richmond and Twickenham Times'' is a weekly local newspaper that was established in 1873 and is published on Fridays. It covers the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames in south-west London and surrounding areas. It is delivered free to 35,232 homes in the borough, with (as at 2012) another 634 copies picked up free, and 2,663 copies sold for 55p. History The ''Richmond and Twickenham Times'' was established in 1873 by 26-year-old Edward King who ran the paper for 21 years until he was declared insane in 1894.
