''Bangarada Gudi'' (Kannada: ಬಂಗಾರದ ಗುಡಿ) is a 1976 Indian Kannada film, directed by K. S. R. Das and produced by C. H. Prakash Rao. The film stars Vishnuvardhan, Manjula, Ambarish and Padmapriya in the lead roles. The film has musical score by G. K. Venkatesh. The director remade the movie in Telugu in 1979 as ''Bangaru Gudi''. Vishnuvardhan (actor)
Sampath Kumar (18 September 1950 – 30 December 2009), known by his stage name Vishnuvardhan, was an Indian actor predominantly in Kannada cinema. He is regarded as one of the popular cultural icon of Karnataka. Vishnuvardhan is often referred to as ''Sahasa Simha'' and ''The Angry Young Man of Kannada Cinema.'' He appeared in more than 220 films all together in Cinema of Karnataka, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil cinema, Tamil and Telugu cinema, Telugu. Gangadhar (Kannada Actor)
Gangadhar (1936–2003) was an Indian actor known for his work in Kannada cinema. A character actor who transitioned from stage to films in the mid-1960s, he had a brief period of success when his performances in social-dramas such as ''Gejje Pooje'' (1969), ''Sharapanjara'' (1971) and ''Seetha'' (1970) were noted. In addition to the former two, he starred in '' Katha Sangama'' (1975) and ''Ranganayaki'' (1981), all of which were directed by Puttanna Kanagal. Other films he starred in include ''Nanna Thamma'' (1970), ''Aliya Geleya'' (1971) and ''Bhale Adrushtavo Adrushta'' (1972). Gangadhar returned to stage in the 1980s after film opportunities failed to come his way; poor health condition led him to retire from acting in 1995, when he was aged 59. S. Shivaram (28 January 1938 – 4 December 2021), popularly known simply as Shivaram or Shivaramanna, was an Indian actor, producer and director whose Kannada cinema career has spanned six decades. He has played roles including lead hero performances, character roles, comedic roles, as well as supporting parts. He teamed up with his elder brother, S. Sadananda Sagar (11 May 1944 – 5 January 2006), better known by his stage name Vajramuni, was an Indian actor who appeared in Kannada films. He portrayed negative characters during most of his career and was considered one of Kannada cinema's finest actors. Over his career, he came to be known for his "thundering voice and sterling performance that earned him the epithets, ''Nata Bhairava'' and ''Nata Bhayankara''.
